2021-2022 Al Garver. The 2021 Camporee was cancelled due to COVID-19. After two years the Scoutmasters Camporee Committee of the South Florida Council – BSA would like to extend a warm welcome to all our Cubs, Scouts, Venturers, Sea Scouts, Explorers, and Scouters and Invite all to our 62nd Annual Camporee, this year we have a challenging and important theme “Sustainability and Inclusion”.
Scouts around the world are joining together with other organizations to help protect our planet thru the 17 points of the UN SDG’s (Sustainable Development Goals) and the Scouts My4 SDGs. Scouts are helping, as BP (Baden Powell) our founder said, “To leave this World a better place”. Have FUN and enjoy all our activities but at the same time learn about the SDG’s, practice the 3 Rs (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle) and make it a habit of better planning of menus to reduce food waste, not using one-time plastic ware and products, etc. Remember “There is only one Planet”.

The one thing that these two years have shown us with the Coronavirus is that we, the human race, are all connected, “That it’s a small world after all” and by pulling together “We shall overcome”
